Online Guided Practice with Greg Nardi

In these classes the teacher will keep the pace and sequence of the class using poses from the ashtanga yoga primary series.  We will also offer cues on alignment and how to safely enter and exit poses.  This is a dynamic practice and we are intended to build up a sweat.  You are encouraged to take responsibility for your own practice.  Please use props, take versions of the poses that work best for your body, and take breaks as necessary.  Ask your teacher if you need advice on how to get the most out of your practice.
