This 40 minute supported practice at the wall is designed for all levels of practices and offers modifications to accommodate for different body types. During this practice at the wall the back is completely supported at all times, making it easier to mobilize and manipulate the lower extremities without too much spine involvement.
As with all the classes offered here, the guidance in this practice is intended to be received as merely suggestion.
Listen to your body, do only what feels safe and supportive, and come back to the practice frequently to see how your relationship to the movements change over time.
