Yoga Punx live series of 2020. In an effort to make these community offerings on-going and accessible we began recording and sharing these classes via Facebook live. While it was difficult at times to control the sound quality in some of these recordings, the classes themselves move at a pace that allows the practitioner time to easily follow along. Yoga Punx is committed to making yoga accessible to folks that would normally not seek it out. All levels of practice are welcome. Come as you are, be yourself, and practice yoga!
While all levels of experience are always welcome and encouraged to join, previous exposure to vinyasa is helpful if you're choosing to follow along in the comfort of your own home. As always, it is strongly urged that you practice safely and listen to your body. Everything being offered in this practice is merely suggestion. The ability to make empowered choices about how we move through this (and every) Yoga Punx flow, is the true measure our of skill. Lastly, but certainly not least: Have fun, get curious, and feel the flow!
This class begins with a grounding practice, pranayama, and includes a strong emphasis on shoulder mobility, hip openers, and back bending.
